We have moved to wild boar country! We still haven’t seen one, but we have enjoyed what the locals call, “sanglier” in pate form as well as aged sausages. Some of our neighbors like to hunt them and we have given them permission to track across our land. The reward for this compliance is a piece of the prize if they get one. And they got one!
