Heating a 600+ square meter château in winter.

We’ve been busy this late fall and winter season getting the château winter-ready and also prepared for spring guests with the installation of fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. It’s not easy heating 600+ square meters, but we’ve come at it with a tank full of oil, new insulation in the wine cellar, and selective room heating. Our noses still get frosty, but we agree, it’s worth it.
